For implant restorations, there are three different platform diameters available:

Narrow Neck:
The Standard Plus Implant with a 3.5 mm Narrow Neck (NN) restorative platform (Standard Plus Implant with a built-in octa abutment for single-tooth restorations) -
Regular Neck:
Implants of all implant lines with a 4.8 mm Regular Neck (RN) restorative platform -
Wide Neck:
Implants of all implant lines with a 6.5 mm Wide Neck (WN) restorative platform

These prosthetic parts specifically developed for the Standard Plus Narrow Neck Implant for the safe and esthetic restoration of gaps with limited space. -
The synOcta® prosthetic system for Regular and Wide Neck:
This unique combination of taper and octagon unites proven anti-loosening protection with exact repositionability. Parts are available for both cement and screw-retained restorations. -
The Solid Abutment system for Regular and Wide Neck:
The proven system for cement-retained crown and bridge constructions.
